At Switch Mentality, we believe that athletes are far more than their sport. Founded by Chris Osei-Kusi, a former CFL player turned corporate lawyer, Switch Mentality was created to address one of the biggest challenges athletes face: transitioning to life beyond the game. We understand the struggles of building a new identity and career while preserving the values and discipline gained from sports.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower athletes to thrive in every chapter of their lives. Through a strong community, expert resources, transformative events, and personalized mentorship opportunities, we are equipping athletes with the tools and networks they need to unlock their full potential. With initiatives like the Switch Society, we’re helping athletes rewrite their stories and build a future as fulfilling as their days on the field.

Did you know the loss of identity after a sports career is one of the leading causes of depression symptoms among former college athletes? At Switch Mentality, we’re tackling this issue head-on. Chris’s own journey from professional football to corporate law is proof that, with the right guidance, athletes can excel in any arena.

Whether you’re a student-athlete, current pro, or transitioning out of sports, Switch Mentality is here to help you navigate the path ahead with confidence. We’re not just about winning games – we’re about winning at life.

Join us, and together, let’s redefine what success looks like for athletes. See what’s possible.
