The Opportunity
Role: Entry-Level Customer Success
Location: Ottawa, ON
Start Date: Immediate openings
Compensation: $50-55K total in Year 1 (Base: $40-50K + performance-based pay)
Ideal Candidate: Strong communicator, eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
This is a full-time role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer success, working directly with coaches and sports organizations. Since GameStrat is a fast-growing company (currently 9 full-time & 4 part-time employees), you won’t be limited to role-specific responsibilities—you’ll wear many hats and gain experience across different areas of the business, opening the door to multiple career paths.
